ERS are thrilled to be partnered with a Building Services and Environmental consultancy with their busy Cardiff office. In their 21 years they have grown to 5 strong offices in Plymouth, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and Truro. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join in an Associate Director capacity to help grow and develop the office. Supported by a strong team already in place, you’ll have the perfect infrastructure to deliver projects.
With the company busy with work already in the area we are looking for someone who has the confidence to lead, and to grow a team whilst bringing in work. You’ll be working with and mentored by a current Regional Director.

Who You’ll Be
- Experienced in MEP Building Services, ideally with a Mechanical background however we are interested in individuals with an Electrical background
- Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership
- Personable individual, this is very much a personality lead company and you’ll be the face of the Cardiff office
